Motability Operations win at the Disability Smart Awards 2023
We're award winners! Last week we attended the Disability Smart Awards 2023 by the Business Disability Forum - a celebration of all the innovative, and inclusive work organisations do to improve the experiences of disabled employees and customers.
We were finalists in two categories, and we were delighted to scoop the award in the Disability Confident Mental Health and Wellbeing Workplace category.
This is a great reflection of the work being done by all our employees, leaders and networks in transforming our attitudes, behaviours and culture. We were also pleased to be joined by one of our non-executive directors Simon Minty, who co-hosted the awards.
