To support customers with their transition to electric vehicles (EVs), Motability Operations is partnering with Zap-Map to run a three-month customer pilot using their app and the charging infrastructure it maps. The aim of the trial is to assess the experience of charging an electric vehicle (EV) for disabled people on the UK’s public charging network and understand how it can be improved.

Motability Operations has published its Gender Pay Gap report for 2020, which shows that over the last three years, we have seen a 5% decrease in our Gender Pay Gap from 29.6% (as reported in April 2018). Our figures for April 2020 have decreased to 24.6% (mean) and 19% (median).

Motability Operations has developed a Social Bond Framework under which it can raise debt to support the financing and refinancing of activities of a social nature, supporting the company’s purpose of providing customers with access to affordable, worry-free mobility.
